Aftercare directions and guidance is available within 48 hours of your appointment to ensure that we work together to reach your hair goals.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that life happens — work, children, and emergencies come up. All I ask for is clear communication. • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred one time if rescheduled within the 24-hour window. • A 25% cancellation fee will apply to same-day cancellations or no-shows, deposit will be forfeited & a new deposit will be required to book again. Respecting scheduled time allows me to serve all clients properly. Thank you for understanding.
